By downloading, installing, or using Currency & Gold Converter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Currency & Gold Converter is a mobile application that provides:

  • Currency conversion for 150+ world currencies
  • Cryptocurrency price tracking and conversion
  • Precious metals pricing (gold, silver, platinum, palladium)
  • Industrial metals pricing (zinc, copper, etc.)
  • Personal savings tracking functionality

Use of the App

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for:

  • Personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms
  • Purposes that do not infringe on the rights of others

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

App Availability and Pricing

The App is available free of charge with advertisements. All features are accessible at no cost. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which help us maintain and improve the App.

Data and Privacy

We do not collect any personal information from users. All your data, including savings goals and preferences, is stored locally on your device. The only information collected is advertising identifiers by Google AdMob for the purpose of displaying relevant advertisements. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EXCHANGE RATES, CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICES, AND METAL PRICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR FINANCIAL DECISIONS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY PRICING DATA. ALWAYS VERIFY RATES WITH OFFICIAL SOURCES BEFORE MAKING FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Currency & Gold Converter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
